Not a slogan and not a materials warranty — a guarantee on the work our own crew did, signed, on paper, handed over with the keys to your own house back.

What it covers

  • Roofing

    The workmanship of the roof our crew put on: courses, flashing, valleys, ridge, drip edge. If our work fails, we make it right.

  • Groundworks

    The drainage, grading and footings we built: the fall we cut, the pipe we bedded, the discharge we ran. If water comes back because of our work, so do we.

What it does not

  • Foundations and siding

    Guaranteed under their own written terms, set before you sign — not under the 25-year instrument.

  • Materials

    Shingles, membranes and cladding carry their manufacturers’ warranties. Ours covers what we did with them.

  • Other people’s work

    If another contractor alters what we built, the alteration is theirs.

A guarantee that pretends to cover everything covers nothing. This one is narrow, long, and written down — which is why it is worth having.

What you hold at handover

  1. 1The guarantee document, signed by us, naming the property and the work.
  2. 2The survey and scope it was priced from, so what was promised is never a memory.
  3. 3Proof of insurance to $5m, current at the date of the work.
