What the work covers

  • Full replacement

    Old cladding off, wrap and any soft sheathing dealt with, new material set to an even reveal on every course.

  • Repair and matching

    Matching an existing run is harder than replacing all of it, and it is usually what the house actually needs.

  • Trim, soffit and fascia

    The parts that fail first and get skipped most. They are the reason a good siding job still looks tired.

  • House wrap and insulation board

    What goes on behind the cladding decides whether the wall dries out. It is the part nobody sees and the part that matters.

When to call us

You do not need to know what is wrong. Any of these is reason enough to send a photo — and if the honest answer is “nothing yet”, that is the answer you get.

  • Boards cupping, cracking or pulling away at the joints
  • Paint that fails again within a year of being redone
  • Soft spots when you press the wall, particularly low down
  • A wall that stays visibly darker than the rest for a day after rain
  • Daylight or draughts at the edge of a window casing

We will not talk you into replacing a whole elevation

If three boards have failed and the rest of the wall has fifteen years in it, we will repair three boards and match them. It is a smaller job and it keeps the house looking like the house.
